CAUGHT IN THE RAIN
CAUGHT IN THE RAIN
152.5cm x 122cm x 4cm
Acrylic on Canvas, Ready to hang
Remember that rainy day you stopped running for cover and just... stood there?
In that moment, the pursuit of "perfection" is washed away, revealing the raw, imperfect beauty underneath. This painting is a celebration of that freedom, of being soaking wet, with magnificently dreadful hair and runny makeup.
It serves as a reminder that the idea of "perfect" often stands in the way of true self-acceptance. Letting go isn't lazy; it is a profound act of sanity. The rain, in this piece, is a gift of freedom to simply be.

Framing +
Float framing is a modern, gallery-style finish that adds structural depth while keeping the focus entirely on the canvas. The artwork sits slightly separated within the border, creating a delicate, even gap around the edges so the canvas appears to "float" inside the timber.
- Unframed Finish: Premium stretched canvas with a finished edge, fully strung and wired.
- Local Craftsmanship: Every floating frame is bespoke and handcrafted to order in Melbourne to elevate your chosen artwork.
